The Pharmaceutical manufacturing activity “Hi Pharm” is located in El-Obour City, 1st Industrial Zone, Piece No. 8 – Block No. 13019.

It is licensed according to GMP regulations from the Egyptian Health Authority and Covered by manufacturing license no. 1/1999.

Hi Pharm recruited a very highly qualified staff with an academic background, and good experiences in the Industrial pharmaceutical field.

Total number of employees is around 227. Hi Pharm manufactures under cGMP rules and Regulatory regulations.

Job Requirements
  1. BSc of pharmaceutical or science is a must
  2. 3-6 Years’ experience in the same position.
  3. Communication skills
  4. Computer Skills
  5. English Language
  6. Decision maker
About the Job

  1. Drops .
  2. Ensures line clearance.
  3. Understands & follows operation procedure.
  4. Follows the exact & precise work stage (filling, compression, preparation of the batch)
  5. Daily reporting to the Section Head for approval.
  6. Organize and sign for operators annual leaves.
  7. Give instructions to supervisor & technicians to perform manufacturing procedures of different products according to C.GMP.
  8. Giving penalties / rewards for technicians according to their performance.
  9. Give the necessary on- Job training for the technicians.
